The difuser is amazing , I shop on Mood very often and regulary go to the Mood store in central milton keynes. The only criticism is that they did not send the white Oud with the difuser as requested, a different diffuser oil was sent. I have since had to purchase a white Oud.

Firstly, the sales rep I dealt with was fantastic. Mya, at the Arndale centre in Manchester, was brilliant. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Talked me through the different 'notes' in the fragrance and advised me accurately when to come back as the one i was looking for was out of stock at the time. She gave a great product demonstration (use, cleaning etc) and the whole process was very easy. Great work!

Bought the diffuser and oil when visiting Manchester Arndale. Couldn’t resist to have a look at the products as the smells were encapsulating. I wanted the Tonka and Tobacco but they had no stock along with a few others which was disappointing. However my second choice of the black Oud was available. Have used it a few times now within a week. The 2ns time I put in 4 drops of oil to try but I instantly regretted as it was so pungent. So the saying a little goes a long way certainly fits in with these oils. Overall the diffuser is elegant and glad the casing is made of ceramic and not plastic! Goes with my monochrome living space. I’d like to see new smells pop up from time to time even with limited editions which will make this product exclusive. Never mind with the smells incorporated into different products like perfums as tbh I don’t really want to be walking around smelling like my living room as much as I love the smell. This odd trend seems to be happening with different retailers as well.
