Went to Moods in Milton Keynes to refill my box of 3 sprays but was told I had to buy an atomiser as well making my purchase £10 dearer. I already have 2 atomisers I don't need anymore. I'm not buying something I don't need. Because I'm not on their register for having bought one when in fact I've bought 2 they refused to sell me any sprays. Rather then be forced to pay more I walked away. I had this trouble last time but got it resolved but not this time. I like to purchase 2 lots of 3 twice a year and I've been purchasing their goods for a few years now. I do like the White Oud in particular but I guess I'm not a big enough customer for them to bother with.
So to clarify if you are a customer who wants their sprays you HAVE to purchase an atomiser as well wither you want it or not. Then you have to hope that you get put on their register so you don't have to purchase an atomiser again when you want refills.
I just can't be done with this crap anymore.

After reading the comments about the oud diffuser i went and bought one which came with the oil. Smell disappears after the water has evaporated and DOES not linger on afterwards as some people had mentioned in the reviews. All this hype that's it smells so nice is false, paid £60 for some rubbish that i could have bought from Shein. Dont be fooled by comments left on this website as i believe this is how they make their sales. Avoid at all cost!!!'
