Delivery Information

At Mood London, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Please review our delivery options and estimated delivery timeframes below.

UK Mainland Delivery

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 3-5 working days
  • Available for UK mainland addresses only
  • Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will begin processing the same day, subject to availability
  • Delivery times may extend during peak trading periods, including Christmas and promotional events

Express Delivery

  • Next working day delivery is available on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday
  • Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays, weekends or Bank Holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day
  • Available for UK mainland addresses only

Click & Collect

Collect your order from one of over 2,500 DPD collection points across mainland UK.

Available collection points will be shown at checkout. Once your parcel is ready for collection, you will receive confirmation directly from DPD.

Please note:

  • Orders not collected within 5 working days will be returned to Mood London
  • Returned orders may incur additional shipping charges for redelivery

UK Non-Mainland Delivery

We are currently unable to ship to the Scottish Highlands, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

International Delivery

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Important Delivery Information

We will always aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes provided. However, delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather conditions or other circumstances outside of our control.

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date the order is placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

Please ensure all delivery information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Mood London cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, lost or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to amend the delivery address. Please ensure all details are checked carefully before completing your purchase.

Orders placed for delivery to intermediaries, third-party forwarding services or freight forwarding addresses may be subject to cancellation.
